What to Expect at Legacy Church
We begin worship with music that is upbeat, fun, and contemporary, but sometimes we mix in some traditional songs. Don’t worry you don’t have to sing, but if you want to we provide lyrics so you can follow along. This portion of the service lasts about 20 minutes.
Our weekly messages are always relevant, straightforward, and applicable to life today. Whether you’re a Christ-follower or not, we guarantee that you’ll walk away with some helpful information.
As part of our weekly services, we do take up an offering. If you are a guest, please do not feel any pressure or obligation to give. This is an act of worship for our regular attendees, allowing them to thank God for all of the great work He is doing in their lives and to give back to help continue the work of the church.
Legacy Church welcomes everyone just as they are. Some people dress up and others dress very casually. We encourage you to come the way that you feel most comfortable.
One of our greeters will show you to the computer where you will check your kids in when you arrive. Our computerized check-in system will print an identification label for your child with a corresponding label for the parent with a matching number. For the safety of our families, you will need the label to pick your child up from their class.
Legacy Little Onez (Birth – Age 4) meet with songs, games, and Bible stories geared for little hearts and minds.
Legacy Kidz (Age 5 – 5th grade) meet for an action-packed fun service designed just for elementary children.
You won’t be put on the spot. We do have a care and communication card available for you to fill out in case you have questions, need prayer, or are interested in any of our events or resources. This is used to help us serve you better and keep you informed of church-wide events and activities. You will not be spammed.
We believe personal growth happens when you connect with other believers. That’s why Legacy Church hosts multiple events for all ages throughout the year. Along with our special events, adults and youth can connect by joining one of our small groups.
Students 6th thru 12th grade are part of our regular worship services on Sunday morning. But, we do have special groups they can join.
